TOMATO RELISH

ANOTHER ONE (Saices and Salsas – Schwartz)

Recipe – 250g sun dried toms plus oil to make 35ml; 35g onions; 2 garlic cloves; 1tbs fresh thyme; 1 chilli; 1 lemon juiced; 1/2 tbsp dark brown sugar

YOGHURT, GARLIC AND LEMON DIP (Schwartz)

300ml yoghurt;1 lemon juice and zest; 1 clove garlic; 2tbs olive oil; 1-2 chillies; 2 tsp sweet paprika; 3tbsp dill or mint or parsley or coriander. Mix and chill. Capers, olives or anchovies can be added.
