OLD AND THICK!

Analysis by ‘Democracy Club’ reveals that Reform did better in areas with a higher percentage of old people, and also in areas with a lower percentage of people with at least 2 A levels. .The next question is why? I get the thick bit but why would the old be attracted to a toad faced charlatan? I suppose that a declining number of brain cells in the old may have an impact? Is it a nostalgia for a past that cannot be replicated? An errant relative of mine who reads/looks at the Star/Sun and watches some shite TV channel, has great nostalgia for steam trains and hates multi-cultural areas of the UK. They have no qualifications beyond a few derisory O levels. And believe all the unsubstansiated bollox issue by Reform. What has happened to the ‘Woodstock’ generation of peace and love? Did the ‘Mods’ and ‘Rockers’ win after all? Let us hope Generation Zero and the millenials do better. As an old person I apologise for my peers, was it austerity and Thatcher that transformed a beautiful society into one where hatred and animosity towards minority groups is valued and supported?
