CORNWALL

Governments proposal for Rwanda – a very dodgy regime – is so wrong, but appeals to the ignorant twats on the right.  Just announced that Cornwall is to receive less than half what it was getting from the EU.  They got what they voted for – oh, and their fishing and farming industries are also being hit.  But it is ok as the Cornish cannot afford to live there anymore and are being replaced by second home owners and holiday lets.  Could the Cornish apply for a £30000 grant to stay?

RWANDA

Sending refugees to Rwanda will cost at least £30000 each, but is a massive saving! How inefficient must the current system be>

MIGRANTS TO RWANDA

It deflects attention from criminal activities by the government; it appeals to UKIP supporters; but where is the sense?

I applaud efforts to prevent people traffickers profiting from the plight of these people. But sending them to Rwanda? Surely an efficient system of processing would enable those entitled to enter. But this government does not want legitimacy to be a criteria, it wants zero entry in a most callous way.

PRITI PATEL AIN’T SEEN NUFFIN’ YET

IPCC predict that half the population of the continent of Africa could be displaced by climate change – that is 700 million people. No wonder she is planning dastardly acts to stop any coloured person getting here (she did a grand job on the Ukrainians – only allowing single woman through?) – this may be a bit harsh!.

CLIMATE EMERGENCY

Tory and Labour MP’s in a flap about ER activity. neither party has, is, or looks like doing anything regarding the emergency. So really there seems little alternative to direct action. The traffic jams caused are considerably less than those caused by Brexit. (and to those who say it is not Brexit – look for the traffic jams around calais – and explain why ferries are sometimes half full despite tail backs).

The vast majority of people in the uk support onshore wind farms. Quicker to install than most other forms of energy, as is insulation), but the Tories want to put nuclear power stations in poorer parts of the country instead. How about a new nuclear power station at Lechlade-on-Thames?

MORAL BANKRUPTCY

Make a law – break a law – deny breaking the law took place- deny being at the party which did not take place -found guilty of breaking the law which they made – then a pathetic I am sorry.

Michael Fabricant said NHS workers were pissed during the lockdown anyway, whilst Dorries said Johnson always tells the truth.

Explain this moral quagmire to your children.

BELIEF

That Santa Claus is not real comes to us all eventually. Brexit had already made this country a laughing stock, now we have a government that broke the laws they made, lied about it, said the PM tells the truth, then says it does not matter as it is fluff?, and oh, etc.etc. etc. What an example to set to our children.

STOP

cutting your lawn. My neighbour was spraying something obnoxious on dandelions on her lawn yesterday? Why? Does she not like the colour yellow? And a week ago both neighbours cut their lawns. The grass areas are not big enough for cricket or croquet. To be fair one does use his lawn for a tent occasionally or parking. 26 million homes in the UK (I think) – so maybe 10 million lawns (but front and back?) perhaps 15-20 million lawns, where people mow every fortnight (energy used?), and flowers are not allowed to produce nectar for insects. To quote “Frozen” – “Let it go, let it go”.

I do not think I am anti-semitic!

BUT I do criticise Israel and especially its policies towards Palestine. And I note that any criticism of Ukraine and its right wing policies and the Azov regiment is also seen to be anti-Semitic due to President Zelenski being Jewish. As far as I see it, religion has nothing to do with it – it is the policies and decisions. Democratic free speech based on facts not dogma or hyperbole or political bias.
