SCOTLAND

This could have major implications for the Union. Tories in Scotland whilst supporting the union will be well aware of the polarisation of power since Brexit to Westminster. An opinion poll for the Sunday Mail – the results suggest that in a Westminster election the SNP would have 56 Scottish seats and 48 per cent of the vote, the Lib Dems two seats and seven per cent, Labour one seat and 22 per cent and the Conservatives 17 per cent of the vote and no seats.

It appears that Johnson will not be invited to the Scottish Tories March Conference.

MP’s from the so called ‘red seats’ are also showing their distaste for the current leadership.
