IN IT TOGETHER

What is needed is not an austerity budget, or a tax give away budget, but one which builds for the future. Properly fund the NHS and education, sort out social care, reform the police. Tax house owners fairly to ensure public services thrive. We need to create a future with fit, healthy and well educated people. Industry and innovation will follow. JRM’s companies made £100 million profit and paid no tax – how does that help the economy? This is an illustration of the rich looking after one another. For 12 years they have been screwing the public and taxpayer for every penny. HS2 – I am not sure how much has been spent, but if cancellation is not a viable option the contractors should be told “No more hikes in costs” and if they fail to deliver on time they will be heavily fined.

Hinkley Point Nuclear Power Station looks set to cost over £100 million. That is a whole lot of insulation and batteries?

This government is a shit show so bad that no comedy programme has been aired to parody it – their reality show in Westminster is so over the top that they would be embarrassed to even copy it.
