GLOBALISATION
There have been many benefits from globalisation. My world is very different and mainly better than the world I was born into. This is also true across the world with the % living in poverty way below that of 50 years ago. However with benefits have come detriments. The lack of regulation that benefits trade has also meant the development of economies based on unicorns and fairies.

Sad that now Covid seems to have at least been contained we have 2 horrors in our faces. Will Putin do what our then Defence Secretary suggested and “go away and shut up”. And the twat gets a knighthood! I guess that I have never said anything that stupid – or I would be in the “House of Lords and Russian donors to the Conservative party”.
And then another prat called Farage says we should ignore green agenda. Nice timing Nige, encourage everyone to use more Russian oil and gas. I am reminded of the reply from Ukrainian Border Guards to the appearance of a Russian warship “Go f**k yourself”. How is Farage even allowed to have his comments on the BBC?
CROWD-FARMING
I am singing the praises of this organisation. Fresh organic fruit and produce straight from the farmer. Crowd-farming. I have bought avocado, lemons, clementines, olive oil, fruit juice, onions – all have been wonderful.
UKRAINE REFUGEES
Ashamed to be British – again! Priti nasty Patel is apparently asking refugees how long they plan to stay? She obviously does not read the papers and is unaware of the war. Why can we not just welcome them – kick out a few nasty oligarchs (which tis all of them by definition) and convert the mansions into housing for refugees. Oh but that would mean other Conservative party donors have refugees living next to them – how distasteful (especially as their donations were to keep migrants out). And Johnson is banking on the war ending before kicking them out, or at least allowing them to sell to suitable people!!!

GEOGRAPHY
Looking at a map of the world one is taken by the sheer size of Russia, and add in friendly countries like the ‘stan’s’ it is even larger. However it is also noticeable that its coastal boundaries are away from most trade routes. With Turkey having closed the Bosphorus to the Russian Navy and the Skagerrak being controlled by EU countries Russia will be increasingly dependant on Arctic waters and the North Pacific – both remote from the centres of population and industry.
COMEDY TIME
Williamson gets a knighthood for being very useless in a cabinet of uselessness. Oligarchs given more time to shift resources. This countries government is a pathetic and humiliating joke.
