1 cup of chickpea flour
1.25 cups of water
2 tablespoons of olive oil
large pinch of salt
mix and leave to stand for 15 mins while oven heats to 230c
heat cast iron pan for 5 mins
add olive oil and wipe around pan
pour in batter mix
cook in middle of oven for 20 mins
chop up and serve with olive oil, salt and pepper.
