So today I will have some of my bread, with a topping of aubergine and tomato salsa with a touch of chilli, and then some green salad in aioli sauce.
I might make some dukkah (p20) which has peppercorns, cumin seeds, flaked almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, ground coriander, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt flakes. And maybe a cashew satay.
Lemon and Basil pesto will have to wait until I have 30g of basil! But maybe a Tahini lemon yogurt dressing (p26) or a salsa verde with anchovy and less basil (as I have little) and more thyme (as I have lots). then basil oil to look forward to.
Then maybe I will have a go at the sour dough!!
