BREXIT

I guess the Government Ministers responsible for overseeing supply problems are still on holiday somewhere hot. My local shop is having problems with supply – 30-50 products on each order being ‘unavailable’ or reduced amounts. Bacon and yogurt in particular were mentioned.

Personally I am stocking up on things like beans, chickpeas, dried apricots and nuts that are imported. My tomato crop is nearing the end so I will have to start buying again – prices have doubled since this time last year. I think I will also stock up on rice and ‘OO’ flour and some frozen veg.

It might be wise to ensure your Christmas Turkey and presents are ordered now.

So how are the Tory voters for Brexit, especially in the north feeling now? Wages should go up, but inflation is likely to match this or exceed it (capitalisms greed will surpass common sense). I think this government will plead austerity as an excuse (have transferred £billions to their cronies and donators).
