High tide was about 7am and therefore coastal flooding should be less than the potential if it had been 11am. Wales has cancelled all rail services without bus alternatives – a strong stay at home message. Local school had INSET anyway – but is closed for staff too – I used to hate INSET days as generally a massive waste of time and designed to boost ego’s of so called experts.
