MP’s are paid generous amounts and should not take donations or PIK’s. The funding of parties needs impartial discussion – not available with current Tory majority.
Oh, and John Bercow is correctly banned from Parliament along with Priti Patel and Owen Patterson. Except the last 2 were not. Bercow may well be guilty of bullying (although the sentence seems a trifle harsh?), but he is being punished for his anti-Brexit views, unless details of the heinous crime are published. If he had donated to the tory party as a Russian he would be in the House of Lords alongside the Lord of Siberia (for fuck sake what is that about?).
