HEALTHY EATING

I would suggest that my homemade pizza is healthy (even with too much cheese!) as it is made with minimal salt, no sugar and mainly organic produce or top quality. So once a fortnight or so would seem to be healthy enough? The same with meat – occasional and organic, but not daily! Then there is sweet stuff! We need sugars in our diet, so honey and alternatives in moderation would again seem healthy. Variety of fruit and veg for at least 8 or 9 a day would be necessary for a healthy diet.
