Back to jam – tropical pineapple and mango jam is one for next week, as is mango and melon reduced sugar jam. Next spring there will be opportunities for lemon verbena and raspberry although I will need to make that recipe up! And then to try fruit cheese – nothing to do with cheese, just a similar texture, and maybe some lemon curd (although that looks a bit difficult?).
Some of my strawberry jam did not set as well as it was told! But has been great to add into oat cookies and cakes. I think I will make some on purpose next year.
