Pubs cannot re4open until rates are down to single figures per 100000 – way into the future.
Holidays – let’s hope no announcement until some International agreement is achieved. So no big announcement for now.
Retail – numbers limited per shop, but same as restaurants and cafes as the two go together.
Overall – clear instructions and warnings of partial closures if numbers are increasing again. AND what is the governments criteria for the future? Virtual eradication or acceptable casualty rate? And if the latter this needs to be explained and justified without hyperbole!
