Topping will be chopped onions cooked slowly for 5 mins, then a tin of tomatoes cooked to reduce down. More olives, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, anchovy and mozzarella and cheddar and parmesan and whatever herbs I can find. Oven as hot as – use pizza stone. Then put thin dough on the stone and let cook a little before adding the topping. Oh and some Szechuan pepper and maybe home grown chillies?
