This pandemic may have been reasonably unpredictable at the start of the year (although even that is debatable!). What is clear is that second wave was predicted from May onwards. I would like to ask the government how many doctors and nurses it recruits and trained during the summer months? Nightingale hospitals can be built quickly, but staffing them is not so easy- is this just another way to run down the NHS?
