The press will mobilise its resources to find dirt on Green candidates, and no doubt they will find examples of gross misbehaviour, although not on a Reform scale, or even a traditional party scale. I suspect that when the local govenment elections are announced and digested we will see MP’s defecting to the Greens (although they are being refused the guarantee that they remain as candidates!). VOTE GREEN
So Iran has hit out at Britain with ICM’s fired at Diego Garcia. So a question if someone was killing your children and was part of an Israeli support group – would you hit out? Fortunately Yvette Cooper has refused to get drawn into the war; but we are drawn into it with American use of British bases to bomb Iran.
The Times and the Tegraph argued for more defence spending – but will also be apilextic if the government raise taxes to pay for it. And Americans are rebelling against the war as it means taxes being spent for weapons and abroad. They too should ditch the traditional parties and VOTE GREEN.
