I will say again that a blanket approach is wrong. All places with potential to spread the disease should be licensed. Pubs, restaurants, gyms, etc. Those that manage social distancing, etc. should be allowed to open in all but the top tier. Shops could be licensed according to their size for x people. Scoop and Spice in Winscombe max 2, Sandford Stores 6 with one way system, etc.
Watch out for political decisions – will North Somerset avoid top tier due to Rees-Mogg and Penrose/Dildo Harding factor? I will look to see if are identified by raw numbers or trends – or politics
