PREMIERSHIP WEEK 11

What surprises will be in store this week. Week 9 went goal crazy and week 10 threw up some unexpected results such as ManC losing at home to Palace. Well this week we have the Manchester derby, resurgent WHU at home to Liverpool who stuttered against one of the seasons surprises Brighton. Will Norwich get a win at Brentford, Chelsea continue to cause goals fests, Will Conte have an immediate effect as Spurs visit stuttering Everton. Arsenal are on a streak fo form but I think at least 8 of the 10 games are too close to call?

Chelsea could possibly be 5 or 6 points clear this time next week although games in Europe mid week may cause some disruption to the equilibrium of the high fliers. Saturday also sees Round 1 of the FA Cup where Solihull Moors and Bowers & Pitsea compete with Hayes &Yealding and Sudbury in the same round as former giants of the game Sunderland and Sheffield Wednesday (who play Plymouth in what might be the top game of the round).

With crowds at Aberdeen being barely more than half those of Plymouth the Scottish game still has a romantic tinge with Kilty Hearts, Queen of the South, Hamilton Academicals, Annan Athletic and Elgin City (is it really a city?). Third Lanark have sadly gone but these and others continue to delight. Who will ever forget the Sun headline Supercaliarefantasticcelticareattrocious, or reading out Forfar 4 East Fife 5?
