The Labour left purged by Starmer has the Greens as an almost viable alternative. The Tory right has Reclaim – whose leader polled 1.9% in the London Mayorial election, whose candidates regularly get less than 1% in local elections and now has Bridgen as an MP – who next time he speaks in Parliament will preobaly be banned again! UKIP disrupted British Politics for a while, but did not appeal as a party to the electorate – just a protest movement.
