Mixed with alcohol too. the entrance to Olympic Way is owned by a property developer – Quintain, which complicated matters. but ultimately the fault lies with the FA. Trouble had been increasing through the tournament and it appears that they had no back up plan.
Clubs also deserve some blame for not fully clamping down on thuggish behaviour.
