5 million people have not been vaccinated. Over 80% of people in hospital receiving EMCO have not been vaccinated.
MADNESS
Greta Thunberg@GretaThunberg·We’re now 2 yrs into the decisive decade. Emissions should be in an unprecedented fall, instead we’re seeing the 2nd biggest rise ever recorded. We’re wasting invaluable time pretending we can solve this crisis without treating it like a crisis. World leaders are still in denial.
To those who know of my idea – why not Sky News?? Survival of the planet vs morals? No brainer.
BUDGETS
So the government has borrowed £17.4 billion in November, bringing total to £2.3trillion. Where has it gone? The vaccines which public money helped to develop are costing a lot. test and trace is rumoured to be still running. No doubt so called “NHS’ contracts are still being handed out. Brexit is causing higher prices across the board and energy prices continue to soar.
WHAT A STRANGE WORLD
we live in. Front page of Guardian today – Sunak announced a £1billion bail out package for hospitality firms across the country. AND Sheikh Mohammed has to pay £500 million in divorce package. Economics has gone mad.
OH MY – I am just reading more on the divorce. Children now aged 14 and 9 had an allowance of £10 million each! and access to a fleet of planes including a Boeing 747 and a $400 million boat and helicopters. The parents even spent £2 million on strawberries in one summer – how is that possible? Best Cheddar strawberries (which are totally scrumptious) are about £10 kg. 200000 strawberries is a lot!
BOOKS
I have just got sorted with books for xmas. Beside the romcom on apple books, I have James O’Brien, Wildlife Gardening by Chris Baines (NHS), Neil Oliver, a plethora of cookbooks, my grandsons xmas present which I have not wrapped so I can read it – football almanac, and a few others.
52+1 times Britain was a bellend. Rose Elliot – New Complete Vegetarian.
I welcome suggestions.
COVID
The government showed how it was decisive, or is that divisive? No new restrictions is what we want you to hear because “Boris saves Christmas” is our theme tune this year – but do not mix with anyone please! Unless it is a worked party or involves meeting loads of people inside. And if you get cold and die it is therefore your fault. Those against advising further restrictions include Liz Truss, Rishi Sunak, Nadhim Zahawi, Sleaze-Dogg and the hounds from hell. Is this a case of humanityLife) versus capital (money).
JUST WONDERING WHO WILL BE SENT OUT TOMORROW?
Dominic Raab did it this morning, whose turn is it to excuse the inexcusable tomorrow?

RESIGN
Obviously anyone with some integrity would resign. And still the thralls come out to justify the absurd! However maybe the nasty party has too many potential criminal cases pending (If we had an impartisan police force). How many MP’s have a clear conscious? Now overthrow the greatest liar we have seen in No.10 and then prosecute all those who have broken the law.
JAMES WEBB
Something to look forward to Space telescope tinselled up – Final preparations are under way for the launch of the James Webb space telescope, built to peer back through space and time to the first stars and galaxies that lit up the universe. Regarded as the successor to Nasa’s Hubble space telescope, the mission is scheduled to blast off on Christmas Eve from Europe’s spaceport in Kourou, French Guiana. More than 30 years in the making, Webb will orbit the sun, unlike Hubble, which circles the Earth. Its destination is the second Lagrange point, or L2, where the balance of gravitational forces will hold it in place between the Earth and sun.
