The relentless rise of right-wing populism across Europe seems to have faltered. Spain led the way by returning a left wing government and now France has shown that extremism of LaPen is not not gaining momentum as the the Mayors of several major cities including Paris now have left wingers in place. Only Eastern Europe remains a stronghold, and even in Slovenia the right wing did not riumph with a majority. What is it with Eastern Europe? – did overlordship by the USSR brainwash the electorate into believing that fascism was the answer? Let me hope that the UK continues this trend and the rubber faced toad gets his comeupance next month!

Trump continues to appal – his use of the word obliterate is offensive and obscene. Let me assess the winners and losers so far. America – loser as it has spent tens of $billions in achieving the deaths of a few prominent Iranian’s; disrupting the world trade in oil and gas; increasing inflation worldwide; loser – millions of poor across the globe to greater poverty. Israel – possibly a winner as all they care about is killing Muslims! Although Netmanyahu’s popularity has not grown with the war. Winners – huge fossil fuel corporations and the US industrio-military complex who are making giant profits at the American tax payers expense. Losers – humanity and the environment. BIGGEST LOSER – DONALD PAEDO TRUMP. He gambled on a quick victory, copying Putin, and failed the same way! Did he declare war due to the Epstein files? Unfortunately it is unlikely that he will end up in jail – lawyers are great at procrastination!

Let us all celebrate the UK’s women athletes who won 3 gold medals in 30 minutes at the World Athletic Championships. Only the Guardian and surprisingly the Telegraph (and excuse for pretty girls on the front page?) thought this positive news was fit for the front page. The rest had readers gagging to know who to hate on this Monday morning! How long before the relentless juggernaut of hatred assails these 3 womens fantastic achievements.

Reform still out in front on 25.8% whilst the Greens are 2nd with 17.7% with Lab (17.3%) and Cons (17.2%) close – LibDems are on 12.6% in average of polls. However this is a bit pointless as we know the Nationalist Parties in Scotland and Wales will do well. This could be a very regional local election – Reform doing well in the East and North whilst the traditional parties hold their own in strongholds with active candidates; the same for Tories in the shires. LibDems traditionally do well in the south-west, and Labour in the cities. The mavericks in the equation are the Greens. they have shown the potential to win anywhere despite limited press coverage; although the papers have tried to piss on their party with comments about Polanski’s hypnotist past and Hannah Spencers dress (How dare they when they do not take the piss out of Farage looking like Toad of the books!). Farage’s poll ratings have dropped by 24% since last year; more people are becoming aware of just how narcissistic he his, former voters protest votes will not go to Labour or Conservative. VOTE GREEN

Even a young child is aware that we need to be weaned from fossil fuels and at the mercy of foreign nations and the international market. Not Reform or the Conservatives though! And only the very thick are believing that we can get oil and gas out of the oceans around Britain like rabbits out of a hat. 520000 additional deaths due to climate change is an estimate in the Lancet, $2.59billion in lost productivity epr year! I know that many other people will be concerned at the cost of the war with Iran, not just the economic coast and the humanitarian cost, but the cost to the planet. A recent study found that there have been 5 million tonnes of CO2 emissions in the 14 days of the war made up of fuel depots being burnt, buildings being destroyed and the fuel used by bombers from as far away as England! This is the equivalent of the 84 poorest countries emissions combined. And whilst Starmer gives permission for bombers to take off from Fairford, Glocs, (they tried to hide this fact with 2m of plastic fencing – I did not vote for Brexit, and was not concerned about our rights being overridden by Brussels, why should I when we have a government that ignores public opinion (gain) and joins in the illegal war. there is a heat wave in western USA at the moment with temperatures 17C above normal – fucking insanity! I have not seen the cost to the planet of Isreals genocidal attack on Gaza – but would guess it to be at least double the above figure.

Well it is my planet and such wanton destruction to salve a festering ego is abhorrent. My children and grandchildrens lives are being compromised by agents of doom – largely motivated by money and power. I hope that respective electorates (in the UK in May, and USA in Nov) give our ‘leaders’ a polling shock. Trump calls Europe cowards in shouty terms and says we will remember! Oh boy will we remember! So many memorable moments! The Epstein files; killing citizens on the streets of Minneapolis; illegal wars; temper tantrums; meaningless tariff wars; incoherent speeches and policy; delusionment!

I thought Trump was as mad as a barrel of frogs but Hegseth takes stupiidity to a higher level. His latest vomit included a comment that Europe should be thanking Trump for for the war. He also stated that there was no time frame for ending the war and also did not deny that Trump would be seeking a further $150 billion of tax payers money to pay for its continuation. And, from this side of the pond it appears that the American public acquesces to this. From my viewpoint Trump has already lost the war – the Middle East is no longer a haven for wealthy tax dodgers and relationships between nations in the area may have been irrevocably broken. Israel is more isolated than ever (although they have always adopted the motto of Millwall FC “Nobody likes us and we don’t care”). World energy costs have spiralled and are unlikely to ever return to the levels of 2025. China with its virtual monopoly of rare earths is infinitly more powerful as only the really stupid (like our own barrel of frogs or in the case of Farage -toad) will hesitate in developing their own energy resources based on green energy.

Meanwhile back at the spittoon Farage calls for a ban of public displays of prayer by Muslims, desperate to fight off the Green surge he is appealing to the knuckle draggers and flag shaggers to suddenly get upset about an event, attended by many religions, for the last 7 years in Trafalgar Square. Reporters were unaware of the pigeons joining in! He called it “an open, deliberate, wilful attempt, not at the private observance of a different religion, but the attempt to overtake, intimidate and dominate our way of life”. Personally I was not intimidated but saw it as a celebration of our multi-cultural society in the same way that the local shop celebrates Diwali and Christmas. He is pandering to the lunatic fringe who are believers in the conspiracy theory of a Muslim takeover.

A study of the media coverage of climate change found it to be generally negative, but desite this the public is suportive of climate action. Bombing and setting fire to gas fields is so unbelievably stupid! And the media will condemn people using regular flights whilst ignoring the rich fuckers gadding about in their private jets. I would suggest a small start by suggesting that no private jets can take off on Sundays. I might even include the RAF in that!

I always thought the BBC was alongside the NHS as a great British institution. Not any more. Today the BBC News online channel did its best to undermine him, in a neutral manner, why did they make a point of following up one hecklers comments about breast enlargements which Zac admitted he made 13 years ago. The establishment are running scared.

Trump is the personification of evil and should be impeached with the other nutters who support him! A country which posed no threat to America is attacked mercilessly by an alliance of evil and retaliates. Wow Donny did you not expect that? He has no objective other than the subjugation of 80 million people and now threatens to destroy the worlds biggest gas field. He has already disrupted the world’s trade with his pathetic threat of tariffs. On that he claimed that tariffs would raise so much money he could cut income tax completely, and American manufacturing would bloom; seriously mistaken – if tariffs cut imports there is no income to compensate for income tax. Meanwhile world trade is disrupted and poor countries are hit hardest. But Trumps ego demands total success at all costs, he cares not about people, especially those who are not white, Christians and male (although diadvantaged teen girls are fine!). The servicemen, whom he expects to sacrifice themselves for his egotism, are not happy. The worlds’ biggest and most expensive aircraft carrier has had to retreat to port due to mysterious problems (blocked toilets and a fire in a laundry room). So his achievement is to raise inflation, disrupt world trade, cause disharmoney in many cities where ICE has been rampant, create mistrust with his closest allies (Internationally and at home ;Musk). He has totally aligned himself with the Israeli-zionist lobby; which may cause greater disruption. The Middle Eastern oil states did not want this war and are finding their worlds turned upside down, at least 100000 Britons have fled the region and left their luxurious tax havens. Tax them! and back date it to the date they left.

Both the World Cup and the next Olympics must be in doubt as America has imposed travel restrictions on many countries, including Brazil and Columbia – more will follow as he loses his mind even more.

In the UK last year 24 people were killed using handguns, in comparion the USA with 5 times the population was 25 times higher at 6246 deaths by handgun. How does anyone want to vote for their childrens potential killing – meat heads! Also in the Reform Party Tice, who flits between his girlfriend in Dubai and the UK has been bragging about avoiding £600000 tax. Governments do not do enough to extol the virtues of tax – The NHS has been run down by successive Tory governments (but still provides an excellent service), education (I do not want to live in a country with even more fuckwits!), I lament the decline of Public Libraries and other services like youth clubs. Society with lower taxes would be a crueler nastier place. Yes we can all regret wastage, but business is not better than nationalised companies; e.g. Water companies and Manchester United F.C., both of whom have squandered £££££ on lining the pockets of the rich and ignored the poor.

And Trump has a go at the UK for not bailing him out and supporting his illegal and nefarious war with the Zionist of Israel, claiming that the US has contributed $billions to NATO and European protection. He has ignored the wealth that funnels back to the US from companies that have been allowed to invest in Europe (and often pay little or no tax). L. Spain, Italy, Germany, Australia, Japan, France and the Scandinavian countries have all refused to send warships to bail out Trump. The right wing government in Hungary might be supportive – but has no Navy!

And a strange gripe – The Telegraph, Star and the Sun published a photo of one of the two young people who have died in the meningitis out break in Kent. Have they no shame, families will have more than enough grief without seeing their daughters photo splashed across the front page like an Oscar winner. Selling newspapers without concern for individuals again Mr.Maxwell? Someone, maybe even the parents gave them permission to print the photo – they should not have asked. The press – all of it – has a responsibility to act in a supportve way in these tragic circumstances – The Sun even suggested a cause of the disease, without any evidence whatsoever. How I detest the lazy journalism.
