Oat biscuits.

Ginger biscuits

Sea salt water biscuits. I thinkI will try these to eat with cheese and avocado/lemon mayo, some olives, Getting hungry thinking about it! I might add a bit of pepper, and a smidge of red pepper or Harissa powder? I just made some, think it needs a bit of a glaze? I will ask Aaron. New recipe very similar to what I discussed with Aaron and Kate this morning – I will add pepper a bit more salt; and maybe some with parmesan and some with rosemary/herbs. And possibly water in base of oven? And use pasta maker to get thin after leaving dough in fridge for 30 minutes.
