Where to start – well first off can we ignore Covid as an excuse for everything. We have created a situation which might topple the fragile peace in Northern Ireland back into conflict. Trade with the rest of the world has been poor. Guarantees about environmental and consumer protection have been ripped up to get a deal with Australia – did Johnson once say fuck industry? He is now doing it to farmers. We are getting more migrants and the hostile environment around this is toxic. The NHS obviously has not got the £300 million a week (unless it was prepaid to tory donors. Even the fishing bit (which employs less people than a university) is going pear shaped.
