Then my daughter sends me suggestions for xmas pressies for granddaughters. I start oh my phone again until it asks for a password. Easy – apple does it – but not accepted. So enter a new one – but my email is now already there. OK I will stop faffing with the phone nd do it on my laptop. Enter shop site and see that the purchases are still in shopping basket – easy. Ughugh. Site will not load when I click shopping basket or account.
And then, I have ordered some clementines for the children in Cornwall. I have done this twice already, and have also ordered mango’s and onions. I get an email from UPS stating that they are waiting for clearance (or whatever), then get one on 1st, clearance documents received and out for delivery on 2nd Dec. A day late but whatever – then 10pm on 1st an email saying the receiver has refused delivery and they are being sent back to Spain. Of course I check the automated emails, and eventually find a phone number where the person repeats what I have received by Email.
