UN Secretary-General, Guterres states that 2024 has been a disaster for the planet and children. Oh and Musk states that UN should have no power as it is not elected (mmmm! pot-kettle-black!).
So we have record destruction across the world with hurricanes, typhoons, tornadoes, droughts and floods; sea level is rising causing coastal erosion. Species are becoming extinct and ecosystem stress increasing on all continents and oceans.
How much worse does it need to get before real action? Or will the libertarians of the right create bigger issues to occupy people? Like migration?
