Education secretary is surpassing himself for incompetence. Students will go back sometime in ~January, but not as normal. And they are testing – but no-one seems to know if it is everyone or just those who have been in contact with someone with covid. And is it every school in the nation, or just those in selected areas? Usual policy actually. Announce some general idea and then react to criticisms – so much easier than planning everything properly!
