Group A. Surely has to be Italy – but any of the other 3 could go a long way.
Group B. has to be Belgium and ? Possibly Russia?
Group C. One would predict Netherlands and I think Austria are a good outside bet with only one Premier League side player.
Group D. Surely England and
Group E. Spain and
Group F. France and Germany, although Portugal could be a turn up!
