200 g ( 3/4 cup ) of fresh Ricotta cheese

230 g (2 cups) of all purpose flour

1 medium whole egg

150 g (1 1/2 cups) of granulated sugar

the zest of 1 organic lemon

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

8 g (1/2 tablespoon) of baking powder

powdered sugar for decoration

170C for 15 minutes
