Make pitta dough. 200g flour, 5gm yeast, 100g yogurt (enough to make dough), some salt. Mix and leave to rise. Then a quick knead and divide into 3/4 and roll out in pitta shaped bits.
Heat oven to 250C to get pizza stone really hot, at least 10 mins at max temp before cooking.
A salad of chick peas, lettuce, chopped tomatoes and raita.
Cook pitta for 5 mins – open and fill with lamb topped with salad.
