So chick peas soaked overnight with baking soda, then boiled vigorously for 15 minutes – windows open to let out steam. Onions sliced thinly with tomatoes the same and then add wine vinegar. Spices – 1/2 tsp of, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, harissa, turmeric, ground ginger and then some mint and parsley and lemon (juice). I then added some tinned toms and am leaving to soak for a while, then taste and see how hot?
I might do some flat breads to go with it.
And then a saffron cake?
