SMOKED MACKEREL PATE

3 hot smoked mackerel fillets, 150g cream cheese, 100g creme fraiche, then 3 tsp freshly grated horse radish (I will add smoked paprika instead, and maybe a small pinch of harissa?), whizz 3/4 of fish with half a lemon juice, and other ingredients. Then add rest of flaked fish and decorate with leaves of dill or fennel.
