Pull some of the nettles? They are good butterfly plants. Flax is a lovely flower which I had not seen in flower beds before. Garlic is nearly ready to harvest – tops going a bit yellow, another couple of weeks? I will dig one up and see! – then dig out the end of the herb bed for basil and bergamot? Or – I would really like more oregano/marjoram.
The greenhouse was soaped and washed, then hosed down after my poor cleaning attempt a while back! I will do again later in the week. Water butts are good for the rest of the week, but may then get a bit dry if we have a dry month – forecast is dry for next 5 days.
Martin is coming round to selectively strip sometime – but a variety of bulbs and flowers are appearing.
