Will there be a rush to the coast at the weekend? Will cities lay on street sprays of water – hopefully funded by water companies (or are these the next beneficiaries of the Tory Cash Cow?).
Albedo effect – I am thinking aloud now – sun comes in to a lawn, some is absorbed, but most re-radiated as heat. But my patch, the heat (ultra violet) will be absorbed? Is some of the heat energy absorbed into the plants by osmosis? Please explain as I was crap at school.
