Another experiment! Spiced apple cocktail.
350ml aromatic gin
280ml apple juice
280ml ginger beer. Recipe for ginger beer
7tsp lemon juice
2tsp cinnamon
2tsp white sugar
apple and lemon slices to serve
Put all in screw top jar and shake until mixed
