So Scotland is firmly SNP and on a collision course with Tory England. Johnsons words may cement his support in the shires, but will not do much in Scotland. Wales will not go down the independence route unless forced by unfair funding. And how will London play out over the next few months. With its large population the risk of civil disobedience is never far away. With the government becoming liberal on spending and near on facist on civil liberties, there seems to be a potential problem.

So whilst the tories will be congratulating themselves in England, the rest of the country has the potential to become unstable. Will the English Tories be prepared to buy off the SNP?
